Hi! My name is Ștefan

I'm a novice wildlife and nature photographer based in Brasov, Romania. My venture into wildlife photography took a serious turn just a year ago when I acquired my first super telephoto lens, although I was familiarized with photography for quite some time. Since then, I've been fully diving into exploring the wildlife and working hard to capture the beauty of nature.

Growing up surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, I have always been fascinated by the beauty of the natural world. As a child, the mere mention of a walk in the woods was all it took to get me excited and ready to go. Moreover, flipping through the pages of National Geographic and other magazines or books that my father used to buy I was fascinated by the amazing photos of animals, landscapes and nature.

Now, as an adult, I'm delighted that those childhood wonders have blossomed into a profound passion. I'm constantly on the lookout for new locations to discover and new species to capture through my lens. In terms of equipment, I rely on a Canon 90D camera, a Tamron 150-600mm lens, a kit lens supplemented with an ND filter, and a surplus of patience. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me and the incredible sights and moments I'll get to capture along the way.
